Advance Construction is experienced in implementing and managing very aggressive Diversity Outreach & Compliance programs on behalf of Owners and Prime Contractors. This includes marketing and identifying local and regional Minority & Women Owned Business, Service Disabled & Veteran Owned businesses; local businesses and developing critieria for local resident hiring. We utilize the latest technology in identifying and tracking the utilization of diverse and local firms and provide monthly compliance reporting to the Owners, Prime Contractors and other stakeholders as necessary. We typically provide these professional services as an Owners representative for Diversity and Inclusion.
